“ Stoped by here on a whim and was so glad we did! Ordered pho, spring rolls and banh mi and everything was delicious. Pho - great broth, piping hot, great quality meats and the accompanying greens were super fresh and generous Spring rolls - hot and crispy and great flavor especially with the fish sauce dip Banh mi - it’s been a long time since I’ve had a good banh mi and I was very skeptical but I tried it and was taken aback by the generous amount of meat with the pickled carrots and great flavor of pate and even their mayo was amazing, like the real deal! The wait staff was very kind and even though we arrived within the last hour before closing they didn’t miss a beat and always had a smile. Can’t wait to return to try even more dishes and will be telling all our friends about this gem! ”

“ Bright , clean, welcoming atmosphere. Bah mi beef was amazing. EEG noodles w/ wonton shrimp and pork was good. Only complaint price of food did not compare to quantity. In a bowl same size some where else they would give 4-5 shrimp here only two, plenty of pork though. ”

“ Pho Đac biet. "Đac biet" means special, meaning a luxurious combination of ingredients. This dish is packed with beef (rare steak, flank, fat brisket, tendon, tripe, beef balls). The broth shows great skill, with a rich beef flavor that isn't too greasy or salty, making it easy to drink all the way to the last drop! Com Tam Suon Nuong Tau Hu Ky. "Com" means rice, and "Com Tam" refers to broken rice. In the past, rice would often break during transport, making it less desirable to sell, so farmers would either keep it for themselves or sell it cheaply to poor families. This dish includes a combination of pork chops and tofu skin with shrimp paste, making it a suitable meal for one person. The pork chop is marinated with a sweet flavor. Goi Cuon. A refreshing spring roll with shrimp and sliced pork, served with a sweet and salty peanut sauce and fish sauce. Rau Ma. An herbal drink with many Chinese names, such as 雷公草, 崩大碗. It’s very refreshing on its own but is often mixed with durian, mung beans, or coconut milk to create a drink. The Rau Ma Dau Xanh with mung beans is quite refreshing, and if I made it myself, I would reduce the sweetness. ”
